Residential developer and builder, John M. Niehaus, is by no means new to the development industry. He is solely devoted to the creation of upscale communities. John and his firm use their expertise in landuse planning and development to create showcase communities of quality residential real estate. His management approach ensures a strong, community presence and support. Since 1973, John has created a total of 24 classic communities, all of which are exclusive to the western side of town and include Southpointe in Western Hills, Squirrel Creek in White Oak, Beechforest in Delhi and Deerview Park in Miami Township.
